Cansellation policy
When your booking is confirmed by EastWest Tour, it is considered a firm booking.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than three (3) days (72 hours) from check-in date (GMT)
- Within three (3) days (72 hours) from check-in date (GMT)
- No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs
35.00 USD processing fee
or 10 % of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
One-night charge plus applicable charges

- Administration costs
- Hotel and apartment fees
- Special charges for business activities in Ukraine
(These charges vary depending on the reservation and other arrangements,
and can only be known at the time of a cancellation.)
